• Not use automated systems, bots, or other means to interfere with or manipulate the platform’s operation.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of SpotMyPic, you may be required to create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Event Photos and Content

SpotMyPic uses face recognition technology to identify and deliver photos of event participants. By using our services, you agree that:

• You have the right to upload or share any photos used for face recognition purposes (e.g., selfies).
• You consent to the use of your photos for identification and matching with event photos.
• SpotMyPic is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of any photo matches.

SpotMyPic does not claim ownership over the photos uploaded by users or provided by event photographers. However, by uploading content, you grant SpotMyPic a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, display, and distribute your photos for the purpose of delivering services.

5. Payments and Premium Services

SpotMyPic offers both free and premium services. Premium services may include higher-resolution photo downloads, prints, or other added features. By purchasing premium services, you agree to:

• Pay the specified fees for the selected premium service.
• Provide accurate payment information and authorize SpotMyPic to charge the payment method you provide.
• Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the SpotMyPic platform, including text, software, logos, graphics, and photos, is owned or licensed by SpotMyPic and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

SpotMyPic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, photos, or any other content associated with your account. SpotMyPic is not liable for any loss of content upon termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. When changes are made, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of SpotMyPic after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India
