All sales of digital photo downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds for any digital downloads once the purchase has been completed. We encourage customers to review their selected images carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Printed Photo Products
If you purchase printed photo products (such as prints, framed photos, or other physical items), the following refund conditions apply:
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your printed product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos and a description of the issue.Incorrect Products:
If you receive the wrong product, we will either issue a refund or resend the correct item at no cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.Non-Refundable Items:

3. Subscription Services
For any recurring subscription services related to premium access or additional features on SpotMyPic:
Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not renew.Refunds for Subscriptions:
SpotMyPic does not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription. Once a payment has been made, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
